Huy was a “sculptor of Amon” probably from the time of Thutmose IV, but his tomb was usurped by Kenro, a “wa’ab priest and head of the magazine of Khonsu” during early Dynasty XIX. The two inscriptions used for the occurrences of this monument are labelled T1 and B1 by Polz (1997, 32) and date from the time of Huy. These are the only polychrome texts in the tomb and are found on the wall at the left hand side of the entrance (Polz 1997, Farbtafel 1). A text on the opposite wall of the entrance may also have been polychrome but is now extremely faded. The tomb is also notable for a well preserved wall painting of an imitation pink granite false door with blue hieroglyphs (Polz 1997, Farbtafel 14).
